In this presentation, professional photographer Joey Terrill will share subject ideas, creative solutions, and innovative techniques that will transform the small world into larger than life images.
Through example pictures and videos, Joey will share a variety of techniques that will expand and enhance your macro capabilities. He’ll discuss specialized techniques like focus stacking, high magnification, water and oil droplet photography, refined lighting, and some key techniques and tips that lead to successful macro image making. He’ll also discuss many of the tools he uses for precisely moving both camera and subject, how to control lighting measured in millimeters, sources for readily available backgrounds, and some exotic gear that makes macro captures much easier.
