Grab a cup of coffee and join OM System Rep Mike Amico for a class on Street and Travel Photography. Mike will go over gear and lens selection as well as tips and tricks for capturing that next great image! Don’t have an OM System camera? That’s OK; many of Mike’s tips will translate to any camera system.
After the class, join OM System Rep Mike Amico for a photowalk around the area of Samy’s Camera in Pasadena. Mike will help with settings and tips to help you capture some interesting Street and Travel photo images. This will be a casual walk with cameras and conversation. If interested in trying out an OM System camera or lens, please join Mike’s class before the walk as limited loaners will be available after the class. We will meet at Samy’s Camera in Pasadena at 4PM and return to the store by 5:30PM

Instructor Bio:
Always having a creative passion for the arts, Mike Amico entered the Photography industry as both a trainer and a salesman. This is where he has spent the past twenty-six years of his life, observing many changes in both camera technology and processes.
While Photography over the past few years has become more “creating the moment” and Mike enjoys this aspect of the art, he also tries to capture the moment the way only a photographer can. “Composing a scene through the viewfinder is an amazing feeling! Freezing the action and catching a detail that only I can see is what really makes me love the art of Photography.”
Through his wide range of subject matter, Mike enjoys teaching others about the art of photography and his process in order to help others to achieve a better understanding of the craft.
Mike is a Technical Account Manager for OM-Digital Solutions Corporation representing the OM System Micro 4/3 line of cameras.
