Roll Call is a celebration of what happens when a community comes together.
This is an intimate, RSVP-only photo walk bringing together photographers for a day of creativity, exploration, and connection in Los Angeles.
Because photography has always been about more than the images we capture. It’s about the stories we preserve, the perspectives we share, and the connections we create along the way.
A little community goes a long way.
What started as a journey to recover Kai’s grandmother’s Rolleiflex camera grew into something much bigger.
Photographers, collectors, creatives, and complete strangers came together to share their knowledge, offer encouragement, and remind Kai just how powerful community can be.
Roll Call is an opportunity to bring that same energy into real life.
A space for us to network, learn from one another, celebrate our creativity, and continue building a community that uplifts and shows up for each other.
Come as you are. Bring your camera.
Whether you shoot film, digital, or on your phone, there’s a place for you here.
We’ll hit the streets of Los Angeles, explore intentional photo stops, capture photos, exchange tips, and see the city through each other’s perspectives.
Expect good company, creative inspiration, a few surprises, and plenty of opportunities to connect with people who share your love for photography.
Limited Spots | RSVP Required
Meet at Samy’s Camera in Los Angeles on Fairfax Avenue and bring a camera (a phone is fine too).
