This class breaks down the practical and creative reasons for selecting specific lenses—from wide-angle perspectives that capture expansive scenes to telephoto lenses that isolate distant subjects.
Through real-world examples and visual comparisons, attendees will learn how focal length, depth of field, and lens characteristics influence composition, mood, and narrative.
By the end of the session, participants will better understand how to match the right “glass” to the shot they want to create.
**Cameras, lenses, pen, and paper are encouraged!
**If you purchased a Sony camera from Samy’s Camera, entrance to this class is free. **
