June 15th is designated Nature Photography Day to promote the enjoyment of nature photography and to explain how images are used to advance the cause of conservation and protect plants, wildlife, and landscapes both locally and globally.
In celebration of Nature Photography Day, Samy’s Camera is offering a FREE live online Nature Photography class. Please join photographer Chris Crosby and learn tips and tricks for great photos on your next nature adventure.
Chris will teach us how to create interesting compositions, how to maximize the depth of field of your landscape photos, use shutter speeds to slow the clouds or a waterfall, and get close-ups of plants and wildlife.
This class is great for any level photographer with any type of camera, including point and shoot cameras. The only requirement is a love of getting out into nature and wanting to capture beautiful images. SPACE IS LIMITED SO SIGN UP SOON!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Chris is a Samy’s Photo School instructor, NiSi Optics USA Ambassador and Landscape photographer based out of Los Angeles. His camera has taken him all around the state of California and the Western United States. From the desert, to the mountains and to the sea, Chris doesn’t leave much unphotographed. It’s this wide variety of landscapes that helped to build a wide skill set and portfolio variety. These experiences will help you to understand how to shoot different landscapes in a way to connect viewers to your first hand experiences in the field, no matter what climate zone you wish to shoot.
