Learn with Canon’s Get Creative! session is about taking the next step in your photography — taking off the training wheels, so to speak, and beginning to use your camera’s controls to put your stamp on the images and video you create. We start with a quick review of a few extremely important camera controls, and then explain the three photographic fundamentals: shutter speeds, lens apertures and ISO settings. We realize that for some of you, this is a very basic review. But for those who have begun their photographic trek in fully-automatic settings, such as the “Green Zone” shooting mode, gaining the understanding of how these three elements work can be a transforming moment.
